Only 20% of pastors in Latin America receive any kind of formal training to carry out their call to teach and shepherd their church. This reality translates to poor Biblical understanding and isolated pastors.  Hacienda Granobles is a place for Biblical and Theological development, as well as leadership, evangelism, and discipleship training. Equipping the saints in sound doctrine is essential in making disciples who will multiply a pure Gospel message in Latin America and beyond.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” - Matthew 11:28-30

35% of Gospel workers will leave ministry within the first five years, and 70% will leave by ten years. These numbers are grievous. There are a variety of reasons for this. Some significant contributing factors include burnout, lack of support, and loneliness. Hacienda Granobles offers tired Gospel workers a sanctuary to connect with God through rest, prayer, and counseling. We are here to serve you, so you may be restored and return to the field refreshed and renewed.

Hacienda Granobles serves as a beacon of spiritual light and an instrument of blessing. We seek to share the Gospel in word and deed by hosting programs onsite, such as kids' Bible camps, offering horse therapy, soccer camps, marriage and parenting seminars, counseling, English classes, medical brigades and evangelistic events. There are so many ways to bless our local community of Cayambe at Hacienda Granobles, as well as send out mission teams from here to the rest of Ecuador!
